What is the St. Bede Fund?

• Provides a steady stream of income to the school.

• Assists the school meet its annual budget.

• Helps to cover bridging the tuition gap for every student.

• Supports the monastery and the monks to fulfill their mission.

• Provides important funding for facility upkeep and other needed expenses.

Tuition alone does not cover the full cost of educating a St. Bede student. Your participation in the St. Bede Fund is critical as it helps to bridge the gap between tuition and the actual cost of an education at St. Bede Academy. Your generosity to the St. Bede Fund keeps our tuition affordable as you help fund a gap of 61%.

Each year, donations to the St. Bede Fund are listed in our Annual Report by Giving Levels and are included in your Class Participation. We encourage each class to strive to have the highest participation as possible in support of the St. Bede Fund. Gifts are tax deductible and have a direct impact on each and every student at St. Bede Academy regardless of the size of your gift. Gifts range from $25 to more than $80,000 a year. We encourage our donors to take advantage of increasing their gift through their or their spouse’s matching gift program.
