  • STUDENT ATHLETES: You must be in attendance for a full school day to PARTICIPATE in practice or events unless excused by administration. Students must me in attendance for four class periods to ATTEND practice or events.

  • The May lunch order was sent out yesterday! Please review and pre-order your lunches. We had an abnormally large number of kids that went to the kitchen yesterday to get a lunch they did not order. This system has been put in place so we can eliminate large groups in the cafeteria area. You must PRE-ORDER your lunch so it can be delivered to your class room. If you DO NOT order a lunch there will NOT be one made for you.

    $1,600 to the village of Kamakwie in Sierra Leone.

    $ 750 to Smile Train to insure corrective surgery for 3 children with cleft palates.

    $1,000 to Zakat to provide 2 pumps to ensure fresh water for a village in Cambodia and another in a place to be announced.

    $ 900 to Heifer International that distributes animals, along with agricultural and values-based training, to families in need around the world as a means of providing self-sufficiency.

    $ 350 to Catholic Relief Services to help the hungry throughout the world.

  • Congratulations to Nick Kerasotes for successfully completing his Eagle Scout project and having it approved by the local council last night.  Nick’s project is simply waiting for National approval to gain official Eagle Scout status.  Overall, based on the number of people who get involved in scouting, only 2-4% will attain Eagle Scout status.  Nick is in very elite company and joins many Saint Bede alum who have achieved the Eagle Scout ranking!
