    • Once all the facts were known, the jury gave Dr. Lawrence ABSOLUTION by giving a verdict of not guilty.

  • It’s PowderPuff time at St. Bede Academy! Keep the Homecoming fun rolling tonight at 6:45 at the football field, as the Juniors take on seniors for the annual PowderPuff Football Game. Concessions will also be available. All students should show up and show out - you won’t want to miss this showdown! 

  • ​Ambassadors: check your emails for a message from Mr. Steben.

  • Congratulations to the Ladies Golf team on a great season. Good luck to your 3 Sectional qualifiers Aliyanna Arteaga, Anna Cyrocki and Mae Hagenbuch. Thanks to all the spotters on the course the regionals ran smoothly thanks to your help. Great job!

  • Reminder to seniors who are signed up to attend a Rotary meeting: You must be in good standing in your E and F period classes or you may not be allowed to go.

  • Seniors – The FAFSA is now available. This is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. You will need to submit this form to get student loans, free grant money and scholarships awarded by your college.  Every senior going to college after graduation should submit the FAFSA. Go to this link: https://studentaid.gov/announcements-events/fafsa-support. You will need your parents' help to do this.

  • IVCC students, check your email for your Lunch & E period schedule for Friday, Oct 3rd.

  • All Girl's Basketball players to Room 324 during Homeroom on Friday, October 3rd. If you have a study hall periods B, D, E1, or F, you may also swing by anytime this week to fill something out during those periods instead. 

  • Seniors, come to the College Application Workshop today during E1 and E2 in the Loft. Bring your Chromebook and your lunch.

  • Yannis Yong see Ms. Bernabei in the Loft today during E1. Bring your Chromebook.

  • Variety show rehearsal tonight will begin at 8pm.  (immediately following the powder puff game) Everyone participating must  be present for this rehearsal and it will be run in show order with MC introductions.  Once you have performed you may leave.  The order will be posted in the google classroom later today.

  • All students are welcome at the homecoming dance! We want you there having fun and making memories with your classmates. You can still sign up. See or email Mrs. Theisinger! Please don’t let a financial hardship or not having a date stop you from going!

BRUIN SPORTSCENTER

  • Congrats to the girls and boys Cross Country teams for their participation at the Tri-County Conference meet yesterday. Leading the way for the Ladies was Jemma Finley who was All-Conference by placing 4th overall. Also scoring for the ladies was Yesnia Avila who was 17th. The Guys they were led by R.J. Hermosillo Jr. who place 6th overall and received an All-Conference selection. Also scoring for the guys was Adrian Hermosillo, Dominik Avila, Bryce Keckler, Mason Haskell, Chris Gedraitis, Graham Ross, Preston Vasquez, Joe Savitch, Eric Du, Jonathan Ma, and Devin Steil. The Boys team finished 3rd. Overall.
