Mindset Matters For Athletes

Jamie Stuart Taylor, mom of 5, therapist and St. Bede alum teaches students to master their mental game. This workshop helps student-athletes gain mastery of their mindset to boost their performance on the court and outside the lines. Students ages 7-12 are welcome to sign up. This workshop will be held at the outdoor shelter at St. Bede Academy.
