  • If you would like to volunteer for the Frosty on First Celebration on Saturday, November 8, the City of LaSalle needs volunteers to help supervise their winter activities downtown. Please sign up outside Mr. Steben’s office by THIS Wednesday at 11:20.

  • In Art club tomorrow, we will be sculpting with cold porcelain, a form of clay, and a mixture we will be making with cornstarch. Feel free to make some clay and make a sculpture with us!

  • These seniors still owe Mrs. Rynkewicz their permission slip and/or money: Sara Ruiz, Gino Ferrari, and Mark Rudenko. If those items are not turned in TODAY, you will not be attending the trip on Nov. 11. 

  • Boys Golf team: meet in the Art Studio Tuesday during homeroom.

  • Mrs. Theisinger and Mrs. Nambo will be out of the building today but can be reached via email.

  • Students be on the lookout for an email from Mrs. Theisinger regarding the SBASG trifold and Social Work trifold for the Open House!

  • Seniors, the Elks Teen of the Month Application is due to Ms. Bernabei by Midnight tonight! This should be a fairly easy application for you to complete. You can copy and paste the information from your academic resume into the Elks application. See your email to find the application and instructions. I need applications from 2 boys and 2 girls.  Right now I have ZERO applications turned in, so you have no competition!

HOMEROOM MEETINGS

  • All boys who are interested or even thinking about going out for track in the spring, please meet Coaches Makransky and Harris in the loft today during homeroom.

  • Noah Buck, Geno Dinges, Ella Lamboley, Trajan Raffety, Emma Slingsby, and Macy Strauch: please see Mr. Steben in his office now.

BRUIN SPORTSCENTER

  • Sadly the Cross Country season ended for both guys and girls' teams. For the Lady Bruins, Jemma Finley finished 50th overall, complete an outstanding Freshmen year. For the guys the team finished 20th and were led in order by RJ Hermosillo, Bryce Keckler, Dominik Avila, Adrian Hermosillo, Mason Haskell, Graham Ross and Joe Savitch. Coach Makransky and Coach Harris want to express our appreciation for a great season, and we will see you all back next year.
